About Synapse
A physiology model underneath
Heart rate, pressures, gas exchange, depth of anaesthesia and drug levels all come from one integrated model, so every intervention has consequences further down the line.

Each scenario has a briefing, learning objectives and hints, and a patient who deteriorates on a realistic timescale if nothing is done.
A safe place to practise
